Diplomacy Country Selector

This is a tool for Diplomacy GMs or groups of Diplomacy players. It replaces the 'hat' from which countries are normally drawn. It's also a way to manage players and their contact details. Once you've selected the countries and players for the game, you came name the game and save the country and player assignments as either a plain text file or an HTML file.

Don't know if anyone will find this useful, but I got bored one week when I had no game of Diplomacy to look forward to, and came up with this.

The download is a .zip file, approximately 300KBs in size, containing the single application file that should run under Windows 95 or later. Just unzip the file and put the DCS.exe file wherever you want it. Obviously, just run that file to use the Diplomacy Country Selector. It will create files in the same directory to store the player details and some program options.
