Nanite Plague

[Urgent]

It has come to my attention that there is a crisis breaking out in the city, especially in the Dockland areas.

I have of course advised the government that we will do all we can to assist in the diabolical situation that has arisen in the docklands area of the city. I insist that all members of the board follow my lead in proving what we already know, Biotechnia is a caring corporation.

I am attempting to put together an elite squad, who will go into the docklands and bring out as many of those poor infected people as they can. If they are successful (and we all hope they are) I am proposing to offer them a gratuity of e$300,000. I also propose to offer them any equipment that they may require, obviously within reason, anything larger than an AV4 will have to be hired in. I will also ensure that they are fully inoculated against the nanites, and if in the unlikely event of a member of the squad contracting the "plague" full treatment will be given. We will also have to look to ensuring that the media know what a good job these people are doing, and ensure that any past misunderstandings of them that the press may have are also quashed, although I am sure nothing of this nature will be necessary.

I intend on asking this elite squad to go into the harbour police HQ and rescue the six infected officers that are being held there, and get them to bring them straight to us, for treatment to commence as soon as possible. If this proves to be successful we will of course look into the possibility of getting anyone else in the zone treated.

I have deemed it necessary to take these steps, as the military will not allow anyone out of the Zone of control they have established, and I do not feel that the best treatment for these people can be done "in the field". Because of the political situation this brings about it is unfortunately necessary for this to be a covert operation that we will of course have to deny all knowledge of. This may be against all the principles we hold dear as a company, but I cannot see any other way around this.
