DAMIAN DAY-Your man in NMK

Damian Day

TERRORISTS
CAPTURED

Once again I am in the centre of the biggest newstory to hit NMK. Further to my exclusive report earlier, disclosing the details of how this plague has been spread, I can now reveal that the government has two of the plague rebels in it's custody.

It appears that two of the villanous gang marched into the government halls early this evening, and boldly announced that they were infected with the plague, and soon the whole government would be too.

Luckily the government offices have been on a high alert, just in case this kind of situation occured, and the military quickly isolated the offenders.

I have not yet managed to obtain the names of any of the terrorist gang, nor have I been able to find out just what it is that they hope to gain from their actions, but one thing is sure, they are all ruthless killers that have no care of who they kill.

DOCKS ARE A
NO GO ZONE

The situation in the docks area does not seem to be any better. I am told by my military contact that there is a distinct situation developing there, and regretfully, the army expect to have to confront armed forces of possibly infected civilians before the day is through.
Many people have expressed concern that the military are taking action against our own civilians, but a police spokesman recently announced that "The military have full police backing in these extreme circumstances". He went on to explain that the police force do not have the necessary equipment to deal with the biological nature of this situation. When questioned about martial law, he replied "At this time we cannot see why the military will need any authority outside of the docks".

After some more questioning from various members of the free press, he did admit that if the civil unrest and plague crossed the barricades that had been erected, the government may give thought to extending the military's power.

BLAIR SAYS "MILITARY HAVE NOT GONE FAR ENOUGH"

Anthony Blair, grandson of the notorious UK PM Tony "bleed-the-country-dry" Blair, said today that he thought the military were not going far enough, and that his grandfather would have known how to deal with the situation. After his outburst it appears he was sedated by the staff at the institution he has been resident in for the last eight years.
